Responsible for the design and deployment of Small Cells, Pico Cells and In-building Systems.

Perform coverage and interference analysis on network • Analyze daily network statistics to maximize network quality • Propose and design cell site modifications • New cell site design and implementation • Oversee installation and maintenance of wireless radio communications systems • Responsible for customer trouble ticket resolution • Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions • Interact with senior internal and external personnel • Have leadership role in special project implementation including project management of special events • Plan, direct, and manage designated projects • Delegate responsibilities and design time schedules • Analyze results of operations to discover more efficient ways to utilize resources
