-Deploy AGOA turnaround platform – remote & on site (ORD, MRS, CDG, RUN, DZA, AMS, COO, ABJ)-Build critical paths per aircraft type in hubs/stations for the partner airlines-Define KPIs & targets in collaboration with station managers and ground ops directors-Organize the turnaround tracking, train the users, provide technical support-Set up the flights reports and analytics dashboards (SQL queries)

Management of ground operations performance (OTD) & safety performance (SPis)• Airside KPIs monitoring: monitor the activity of DHL ramp staff in CDG Hub and lead investigations/corrective actions when aircraft delay occurs (OTD)• Communicate with third party ground handling companies in the 5 stations in France and provide operational feedbacks and corrective actions to improve ground performance• Coordinate schedule changes with ground handling partners: ad-hoc and charters flights, new routings, IATA seasons• Ensure the ramp staff (DHL and 3PH) is safety compliant with DHL’s GOM (GSAM), identify deviations and propose preventive actions• SMS (Safety management system) roll out in the 6 French airports where DHL is flying• Ensure liaison with DHL Europe Airside service for safety related matters• Conduct quarterly safety meetings and analyze safety incidents and occurrences• Conduct quarterly internal audit, inspect stations concerned by air transport safety and identify deviations. Propose and follow up corrective actions • Prepare annual audits from DHL and partner airlines

• Service Level Agreement: build a common reporting system for the 6 stations in France• Safety Management System: provide implementing tools & occurrences reports (Q-pulse)• ULD reconciliation: provide comprehensive tools to the teams involved in ULD build up• Other duties: airside quarterly self assessment, station pre-audits, airside performance reports
