I am responsible for implementing and maintaining analysis pipelines to explore and extract valuable information from large next-generation sequencing datasets. The analysis includes traditional transcriptome analysis (Differential genes expression, Alternative splicing, Non-sense mediated decay detection) as well as the development of innovative methods to analyze RNA biosynthesis deterioration during aging. The pipelines are implemented using a workflow management system (Snakefile) and script languages (Bash, R/Bioconductor (dplyr, data.table), and Python).
