Summer Rockz is an agency of special event management. The agency is now based in several spain countries (Barcelona, Blanes, Lloret de Mar, Salou) and in Portugal. This company has organized events for 15 years ( boat parties, beach parties, theme evenings, shuttles + open privatized bar + VIP access to the events ) to meet the needs of young vacationers.Integrated within a team of 25 people, I had the mission to sell the maximum of package possible. In a practical way, I had the mission to approach young people, to encircle quickly their needs, to establish a relationship of trust in order to sell them a package suited, and register them on the guestlist. the average price of packages was 100€.Personal result the first summer (2016) :- 500 packages sold- improvment of my capacity of persuasion/ strength of negociation/ techniques of sale/ development of customer loyalty- capacity of adaptation to various customers/ capacity to get the attention of a large groupThese results allowed me to train the new sellers during my second summer (2017)
