Started as R&D manager, I have been promoted Product Director member of the board, also in charge of customer support. DYNASYS is a planning software editor: demand planning, production planning.- As R&D manager, I did specify, design and lead development of Dynasys solution.- Later as Product director I developed further the product road-map and the written supports. I also did public product presentations and pre-sales support.- DYNASYS solution has been recognized as one of the most innovative and efficient APS solution which led to Dynasys growth and then acquisition by American ERP editor QAD.I managed the product integration of Dynasys withing QAD, working mainly with QAD headquarters.

Intentia consulting was the third European ERP vendor with MOVEX:- I led the most important European project involving 1200 man x days over three sites worldwide for customer Christian Bernard, in a bit more than 1 year.- Project management for “Cristalleries de Saint-Louis”, division of HERMES.

TRYBA is a German based company manufacturing windows, with a 30% yearly growth:- Creation and development of IT department: men, methods, tools.- Supervision of in-house ERP and product configurator development.- Transition to standard ERP and advanced product configuration.

I started as research engineer in artificial intelligence to develop a knowledge engine (still used in 3DS offering). I moved to software engineering team management:- Development of Software Development Tools for writing third party apps.- Development of internal tools (quality check, automatic tests, compilers)- Moved entire organization to object oriented design and programming, including rewriting of Catia bases and transition to C++.
