Hello! I am Cedrick Cunningham, a proud graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point Class of 2022. With a background in Psychology and Systems Engineering, I bring a unique blend of analytical thinking and human-centric perspectives to the table. This multidisciplinary approach has allowed me to understand the intricacies of human behavior and apply it to the design and optimization of complex systems. I am particularly interested in leveraging my expertise to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of organizations, streamlining process, and enhancing team performance. I believe by understanding the human aspect of systems, we can create environments that foster innovation, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Outside of my professional pursuits, I love sports, as I was a representative of the United States Military Academy as Team Captain for the Army Football Team. Through that role, I have developed strong leadership skills, fostering a culture of collaboration and inspiring my teammates to reach their full potential. Being apart of the Army football program has instilled the importance of resilience, adaptability, and unwavering determination inside of me. I am passionate about leveraging my leadership experience and academic foundation to make a positive impact in optimizing systems and achieving excellence through teamwork and leadership.
