I have been in the United States Air Force for 13 years, 8 of which I have performed in a leadership/supervisory role. During this time I have traveled all over the world. I have had 5 assignments mostly overseas to include New Mexico, Japan, Korea, Hawaii and Montgomery. My job is in the communications area, specifically IT support, computer and telecommunication troubleshooting and repair. I troubleshoot and maintain standard voice, data, video networking and cryptographic client-level support devices. I have deployed to the Middle East and have experience working on deployable communications as well. I have also filled roles in various programs such as IT Asset Manager, Training Manager and Safety. I am currently serving a role as a Client Systems supervisor. I lead an 8 man team supporting 51 program offices and 300 local clients. My job is to manage a team of client system administrators to provide desk side computer support for customers related to hardware and software installs and troubleshooting.
