ACS serves 28 states, the District of Columbia, and the Department of Labour with drug expenditures. CyberAccess enables a physician to log in to a secure, privacy-guaranteed web site in order to access a complete medical and pharmacy patient profile and identify patient care alerts based on the AHCA-specific best-practices guidelines research completed by ACS' clinicians. To ensure optimal quality of patient care, providers need electronic access to patient drug and medical history, electronic access to patient clinical alerts, and the ability to submit a Prior Authorization (PA) request online. CyberAccess dramatically reduces PA and Preferred Drug List (PDL) administrative burdens placed on providers. Started at Real People as a software engineer and slowly worked my way up till a project lead. Real People group own and collect one of the largest debtors’ books in South Africa. Have worked with a wide variety of projects right from Web portal, to call center CRM applications till my last project in developing a complete banking solution.
