Sector: Production of automotive glass and Added Value Operations (antenna, connectors, gaskets, pins, encapsulation…) Description:- Achieve successful new programs development (quality, timing, industrial performances, cost) while meeting customer satisfaction- Pro-actively drive the project from the receipt of the Request For Quotation until mass production, according to customer requirements (specifications, quality expectations, "design to cost" objectives) and AGC standards (methodology, cross-functional organization, industrial performances, profitability targets)

Job: Industrialization Manager (expatriate)- Industrialization of the new projects (products and production lines, transfers, improvements) according to the internal and customer requirements (time, cost, quality…) from the first simulations till the masss production- Checking and confirmation of the technical feasibility of the new projects- Preparation and management of the project planning- Proposition, decision, and management of all the needed actions (design, layout, production trial, tooling and product validation, problem solving...)- Responsibility of the project costs (products, production lines...) - Coordination, management and support of the project teams (CAD, maintenance, process, production, quality, suppliers, supply chain, tooling...)- Customer support (advice, assembly tests, initial samples, complaints...)- Training and support of the Hungarian colleagues- From 06/2009: Mercedes expert (Industrialization of all the new Mercedes products: A-Class, CLA, B-Class, S-Class, SL Roadster...)
