Directed operations of global Cryptologic Training System (CTS). Chaired Cryptologic Training Council. Oversaw budget of over $150M. Lead for Battlespace Awareness Functional Capabilities Board (BA FCB); assessed requirements for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance programs valued at over $1B for Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) using complex Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS). NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS: Developed capability gap assessment methodology lauded by JCS Vice Director of Resources and Assessments and adopted by entire JROC staff; Oversaw development of first portfolio management tools for BA FCB and JROC.

Commanded squadron of 300 multi-service instructors, course/curriculum developers, and 3000 multi-service students in crypto-linguistics, SIGINT Analysis and Reporting, ELINT and Electronic Systems Security Assessment. NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS: Revolutionized curriculum by integrating operational advances and wartime lessons-learned; Achieved "Excellent" ratings on AETC/IG and 2AF inspections; and Earned 17th Training Group "Squadron of the Year" honors in 2003 and 2005.

Deployed in support of "Shock and Awe" phase of Operation Iraqi Freedom; created tactics, techniques, and procedures streamlining SIGINT dissemination to warfighter.
