After starting my career in IT security, I quickly moved into project management, which has given me some of my best professional experiences. For over 20 years, I have remained faithful to this path, in which I continue to develop, each project being a new opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills.My experience in consumer goods companies and more recently in NGOs, leading IT projects in areas as diverse as sales, marketing, sustainable development, human resources and more recently IT service management, has enabled me to develop a good knowledge of SAP Cloud solutions (Cloud for Customer, SuccessFactors) and ServiceNow (ITSM module) in particular.Committed to supporting my organisation's vision and strategy, I always strive to achieve the objectives of my projects and deliver the expected benefits.
