As a Video Producer & Editor for the Asian Diaspora Project, a grant-funded initiative by Asia Society, I contribute to the creative development, production, and post-production of multimedia content that amplifies the stories of the global Asian diaspora. The project focuses on engaging audiences by celebrating the diverse talents and contributions of notable individuals from around the world.Key Responsibilities:• Create story-driven short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, designed to captivate and engage digital audiences.• Manage full-cycle video production, from concept development and storyboarding to cinematography and post-production, ensuring high-quality, engaging content.• Edit long-form interviews into impactful short-form clips for social media platforms, increasing viewer engagement and retention.• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including social media and marketing, to align content with Asia Society's broader mission and goals.• Utilize analytics and feedback to refine content strategies and optimize video performance across multiple platforms.
