Establishment of sales strategy towards selected partners and potential clients (in France, Ireland, Italy and UK), establishment of selling tools like a company brochure and website. Responsible for : *Administrative and financial follow-up of employment contracts for experts working for the European Commission : establishment and follow-up of +/- 70 employment contracts (budget : 1.500.000 EUR); * Overall responsible for the whole supply chain (from tendering to delivery) for various equipment and services (essentially vehicles, communication equipment, computers + shipment of all the equipment to worldwide destinations). Field visits to Kenya and the Russian Federation. * Supervision of a team of 2 assistant-managers.

Posted in Romania, Guinee (Conakry), Burundi, Rwanda, Azerbaidjan. Responsible for logistics, administration and car parks. Short missions to Haiti, Tchad, China, Sierra Leone. During emergencies supervising up to 2.000 daily labourers.
