As the North American deployment champion for AMIS Lean Six Sigma program I led global business process improvement projects to reducing labor and materials costs and increasing process yields. Responsibilities included developing training material, training employees in the Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools, mentoring project leaders, and driving cost down efforts. I was responsible for cross functional project teams and the progress of 7 North American Black Belts. AMIS' continuous improvement program achieved over $1 million dollars savings in one year.

As a project manager I was responsible for simultaneously managing multiple application specific integrated circuits (ASIC) projects from development through production. This entailed gathering customer requirements and management of design, layout, and test engineers in Belgium and multiple U.S. locations.

As an adjunct professor of project management I developed lesson plans and instructed undergraduate and masters level students in the essential philosophies, tools, and methodologies of project management.
