As an administrative assistant at the Office of Student Affairs, I provided assistance to senior office employees, created and maintained Excel workbooks tracking Peabody Wellness Center appointment data and employee credit card transactions, and performed front desk duties such as answering phones and greeting visitors. I also maintained and updated the Student Affairs section of the Peabody Institute website and designed fliers, monitor ads, and other marketing materials for campus programs using MS Word and Publisher.

As a cashier at the UCSB Bookstore, I quickly and efficiently rang up customers, filled textbook orders during beginning-of-term rushes, and provided customer service. I also performed basic data entry for textbook and merchandise orders.
