Having worked in retail since the tender age of 15 in woolworths to management in a little jewlerry shop I have gained confidence and the skills to anaylis and work not only on my own but within a team.My previous job role was with ASDA. I was a recruitment coordinator and section leader where I supported a team of 10-15 colleagues on my department, When I had my third child I decided to leave and concentrate on my self employed business with Ann Summers Party Plan as it offered flexibility to work around the children and freed time for me to support them let alone being able to go and watch them in plays without feeling guilty for not being at work. In the short time I have been a Team Ambassador I have given ladies the empowerment to run their own business and going from strength to strength. It realy is a wonderful feeling when the phone rings or I recieve a message from one the team about something that has really made their day from party increases to a great party or even a lady who they have just recruited.
