I bring more than 35 years of experience in the Real Estate field, with 20 years of that being in Telecommunication. I am professional and persistent in doing whatever I can to bring an excellent quality product to the client within their time frames. I have an excellent working relationship with both the clients and the Landlords/property management real estate specialists I work with.Some of my responsibilities as a Site Acquisition Specialist and Real Estate Manager are to search out the best site candidates that will meet the client's needs, perform preliminary zoning assessment, schedule Drive Tests and Site Visits with landlords, A& E firms, RF and Environmental engineers and construction team, negotiate business terms with landlords on behalf of client, Complete and submit required applications with various carriers, prepare draft lease agreement for Landlord’s review, Work with client’s attorney in finalizing Lease and License Agreements, Prepare Lease Package for Client’s review and signature Coordinate, order, review and track Lease Exhibits, zoning and construction drawings with A&E and Environmental firms, Obtain landlord signature on construction drawings and zoning application, Appear at zoning hearings to give supporting/backup information if needed.As a Real Estate Manager, I interviewed perspective site acquisition specialists, taught and mentored new hires and existing site acquisition specialists. I take pride in my work, my relationships with the carriers and the landlords I have negotiated with on behalf of the carriers. I believe that building a strong relationship with all of these entities is a very important factor in my success as a Site Acquisition Specialist and Real Estate Manager.
