My experience spans Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits and public sector agencies.A few career highlights:• Developed and executed strategic internal communications initiatives that supported and engaged 22,000 healthcare industry employees across multiple regions. These efforts were instrumental in managing organizational change, reinforcing a shared vision, and fostering employee engagement through innovative channels like the Physician/APP Portal, for which I led the development.• Partnered with El Centro de la Raza, a leading Seattle Hispanic services agency, to craft communication strategies and refine branding to support integrated messaging for print, website and social media communications for their capital campaign. The campaign was to support the construction of Plaza Roberto Maestas, El Centro’s new mixed-use affordable housing development. Communications successfully reached across diverse audiences and platforms to achieve the campaign target of $45 million.• Managed government-wide content projects with national and international components, navigating sensitivities and agency nuances to deliver on-target communication solutions for clients including the Drug Enforcement Administration and NASA.• Created and produced communications for a globally dispersed workforce of 45,000 Weyerhaeuser employees across print, video and digital channels. I collaborated with leaders and employees across the company from diverse backgrounds and specialties to ensure messaging resonated across borders.I am passionate about leveraging the power of communications to bridge cultural and information divides, foster inclusion, and drive positive change in today's interconnected world.
