Dr. Sunita Chugh has devoted 3 decades of herself into envisioning leadership andchange management. A speaker at many forums, among which Tedx is herfavourite. She is the founder of Centre for Empowerment and EmployabilityEducation (CEEE) which is engaged in personal, leadership and organizationtransformation. With experience of over 2 decades as coach, mentor, entrepreneur and academician, she has versatile track record of joining hands with large business houses like RBS(now Natwest) Pepsi,Blue dart, IOC, Hero Motocorp and has established a niche for herself in forwarding the cause of Gender Leadership and Inclusion in organisations.She completed her PhD fellowship in 2008 in Organizational Leadership and is an internationally licensed Grid Instructor for creating impactful leadership and ODinterventions. As a student she excelled in academics from institutions like R.A.Podar college, Mumbai , NMIMS, Mumbai , MDI Gurgaon .At heart, Dr. Sunita Chugh is a passionate academician who enjoys sculpting young minds and is impaneled faculty at TISS (Mumbai and Delhi), BML Munjal University ( Gurgaon),NIFT (Delhi), MDI(Gurugram) Symbiosis (Pune) to name a few. Her research workon ‘Women in boardroom’, ‘Feminine Leadership’ and ‘Ardh-nareshwar as astrategy for Inclusion and Leadership’ ‘Talent Management in High Performing Organisations ‘ has been widely appreciated. Published in Sage publications, XLRI journals and NHRDN journals, Dr. Sunita Chugh has been awarded by IFTDO for her publication on Leading Millennials. Dr. Sunita Chugh is a life-long student and currently training to be a Psychodramapractitioner; which she is using along with indigenous crafted Feminine Modelfor coaching. She is a proud football Mom of two , who are pursuing careers in psychology and sports management .
