I have been working many years in the company and as the pace of change in the market place and technology are increasing as never before I find my role as IT- Digital Services manager each day very stimulating and challening. One example is that I am project leader for creating a modern digital workplace which fit 3 organisations using the O365 toolkit.To be able to deliver digital solutions to the business I am heavily involved in projects which move the company forward. This is a challenging task but so inspiring. Together with my team within Sweden and in many other countries we can accomplish great results. This is what drives me - Change, control with human touch.

IT - Operational Business are so much integrated that I have never seen these as seperate areas. I very much like to be a part of development and have en active roll. Working together is that what makes good products/services.
