I am an advocaat with over 30 years of experience, admitted to the Amsterdam Bar and Brussels Bar, advising on all aspects of EU and Dutch Competition law in a wide range of sectors, with a special focus on state aid and foreign subsidies. In the area of State aid I advise on complex financial relations between government bodies and companies involving, for instance, infrastructure (airports, ports, arenas, terminals), sales of land, guarantees, loans, broadband and sustainable energy.
