After ING's move to the Scrum/Agile way of working, I have opted for a position as Development IT Specialist in one of the DevOps teams. Our team is responsible for the maintenance and development of the legacy systems. My main focus is the Wintel platforms for these systems. Activities include installation of application servers, development of bespoke applications in Java, C# and VBA.

CBTOM defines the new Target Operating Model for ING’s Commercial Bank worldwide, where standardisation and centralisation are keywords. As Project Manager member of the infrastructure stream of this Programme. I am responsible for the alignment of all CBTOM initiatives for User Access Management, Workplace Services and Active Directory with the similar initiatives on the global ING level.
