Set up Service Management and Business Support Management for GCDM. I started and executerd Service Level Management, Vendor management, Business Continuity management. And I Coordinated several global projects across our branches.

As the first Service manager within IDB, I successfully initiated a Service Delivery organization, I raised it from a greenfield to a well-oiled organization. In this position, I was system managing the internet banking site of the Rabo in the Netherlands (security and functionality). With around 3.000.000 customers and over 800.000 unique visits per day, this was one of the biggest sites in this area. A lot of ITIL functions were touched as part of this job.

Business Analyst for Rabobank International to the Atlas Wholesale system delivered by MPCT, including development in and around Atlas. Develop automated testing for the Atlas system. Process system maintenance and Swift upgrades.

In this position I was working for Rabo International, to help getting the Atlas system ready for the Euro, and later for Y2k. This was done in Dublin, London Antwerp and Utrecht. It involved Change management, release management, testing and version control.
