Growing the boat rental and club located on Markley Cove at Lake Berryessa in Napa CA. We have 4 surf boats, 7 patio boats and 10 waverunners. Our staff maxes out at around 13 in the busy season, but we rent boats year round.

General Manager of the largest marina on Lake Berryessa, CA. We have over 350 houseboat and pleasure boat slips, 8 rental cabins, general store, gas dock and launch ramp. Along with the business side, Markley Cove also has its own roads, electrical and computer systems and state of the art water and sewer treatment facilities, I am directly responsible for all employees, and contractors, as well as writing and/or reviewing all policies and handbooks, including safety, emergency, and employee.Markley Cove is also a concession of the Bureau of Reclamation and as such, I work side by side with the BoR personnel to ensure Markley Cove complies with all aspects of its concession agreement.The owner, maintenance manager and I develop all budgets, improvement and maintenance schedules. I personally write all job proposals for the BoR and Napa county and work with various businesses and agencies required to complete projects.

Currently running 3 helicopters, 2 loader trucks plus facilities, personnel and support for an agricultural aviation business in northern California. I fly, manage the office (including accounting, sales and governmental compliance), and take care of HR. Precision Helicopters has been in business since mid 2009 and we are growing. Local growers are recognizing the advantages of rotary wing aircraft in the application of materials to crops such as Walnuts, Almonds, Corn and Tomatoes.

Runs small business while flying 95% of revenue hours. Purchased or leased aircraft, retro fitted and maintained them to stringent FAA and personal standards for professional use. Performs all bookkeeping, flight and maintenance scheduling for 3 pilots, 2 aircraft and a hangar/office building

Performs business and clerical duties while assisting with commercial helicopter operations in Alaska. Primary liaison between Denali Helicopters and the FAA

Captain/First Officer – CE-208, PA-32, SA-227Flew multiple aircraft and was directly responsible for all phases of flight. Point man responsible for safety, customer relations, seat fares and aircraft loading/unloading. Operated independently in “bush” Alaska, made daily go/no go decisions in challenging environments.

Full Time CFI, CFII, MEI. Responsible for 8 to 12 students’ training in a Part 141/Air Force environment. Instrument Ground Instructor
