Training And Information Management Team Leader
CurrentI lead a team of 8, in a diverse range of business support and specialist roles. My role has two overarching accountabilities:- owns the Quality Management System, including document control, drawing management, technical writing, ISO9001 certification and the business improvement system. There are 4 roles in the team performing this work.- owns the training support function for the Operations and Field part of the business, including training needs analysis, records, staff development and competency. There are 4 roles performing this work: 3 Training Coordinators and an Apprentice & Trainee Coordinator.
