Alter&Sys is a collective of 5 coaches certified with a significant enterprise experience. Alter&Sys arose spontaneously from our desire to develop the initiatives of collective intelligence serving the organizations efficiency for our customers and the development of their competitiveness. Alter&Sys base consists of a strategy of systematic intervention and of a strong business ethic articulated around respect, authenticity and a high level of standards. Alter&Sys is a “learning and doing” community in which the coaches embody their standards by practicing feedback, co-vision and co-construction, that good practices being the source of creativity and suppleness in their interventions.Their diversity, their various experiences in the company, multiply their viewing angles on their clients problems and strengthen their interventions efficiency.
