As Head of PFP Service Management, I am responsible for support, DevOps and application infrastructure activities on PFA's policy administration systems (primarily LivNet). My team of 13 dedicated and talented specialists strive every day to deliver support, services and proactive maintenance on the platform to colleagues and customers.Like an orchestra.

Responsibilities- people manager for 30+ developers and technical specialists in PFA's largest Agile Release Train- system management responsibilities for PFA's policy administration system (Edlund LivNet)- supporting the technical agenda in the ART, incl. a well functioning LivNet Developper CoP, architecture board, systems support teams, etc.- actively.

With more than 15 years of experience with IT development and IT delivery management, organisational change management and high performance team building from both large IT providers and customer side, I am now looking for a new great place to work.

Sometimes you have to take unusual decisions in order to explore new paths in life and in your professional career. I have left NNIT A/S after 2 ½ exciting years to pursue a dream of travelling with my family and explore new places, cultures and life as a whole. Where this will take me on my personal journey, I do not know – but I have no doubt that it.

Arbejdsmarkedsområdet - KMD Jobcenter

Domænechef (Forretningsansvarlig) for KMD's Jobcenterområde i en periode, hvor aktivering og understøttelse var et politisk fokusområde. Et relativt nyt produktområde, hvor der blev konkurreret hårdt om markedsandele og hvor der lovgivningsmæssigt var meget stor aktivitet, kulminerende med "Ny match"-initiativet, som Arbejdsmarkedsstyrelsen lancerede i.

Responsible for the SAP Development Programme "Opus Barsel" - developing tomorrows Maternity Leave Benefit System on a SAP Platform.This programme was the first of its kind in KMD in the social sector. Main responsibilities were the transition of my team from Mainframe/PL/1- skills to the new SAP World, and ensuring that Maternity Leave Benefit-demands.

Responsible for the business area "Sickness and Maternity Leave Benefits". This responsibility involved areas like co-operation with relevant stakeholders and legislators, leadership, maintaining business plans and new development portfolios, and ensuring appropriate application management of the systems portfolio.

Project Manager - various IT development projects for the public sector. Worked 4 months developing and implementing process improvements at KMD's Method Department, primarily focused on strengthening the.NET community.

Project Management, Strategic Planning and Marketing. Also assisting highly innovative entrepreneurs developing their business cases to obtain funding for their projects.

Technical sales support to international subsidiaries with in the area of pneumatical conveying systems for the paper- and plastics industry.Marketing material, technical specifications and calculations for proposals, troubleshooting on products and installations, international shows and fairs, Kongskilde website, etc.
