About Cecil Hayes

My executive career was in senior operational, commercial and financial roles, scaling, growing and internationalizing organizations on both an organic and acquisitive basis. 15 years of this was as an executive director on 3 publicly listed companies all of which we sold during my tenure, Norkom Technologies (2011), Hibernian (2000) & PJ Carroll (1990). Following the sale of Norkom I focused on Independent Non-Executive Director roles primarily in the Insurance and Software sectors and have held Non-Executive Director/Chairman roles with 16 organizations to date. I am currently Non-Executive Director of Irish Life Health, and Non-Executive Chairman of Davra Networks and Openmind Networks.
