• Designing components and equipment using 3D and 2D drawing software for used in end of line testing• Diagnosing problems and brainstorming solutions for current product test stands• Collaborating with outside vendors to design new test equipment• Using data analysis tools like Excel and Minitab to analysis problem•Preforming gage r&r and correlation study on EOL test stand•Using change management to open deviation to make modification to EOL test stand•Reviewing run charts of the test stands results in daily quality meeting•Working with maintenance to setup PMs •Writing work instructions and training operator on how to use the test equipment•Making changes to the software on the EOL test stands using LabVIEW
