My primary role is to deliver political affairs reports to clients - high-quality and timely information based on public and private sources around different political, societal and legislative topics. In addition, I support various government relations projects and help to build new client relationships.

- Rõivaring is an NGO that I am actively advancing alongside my full-time job. We aim to develop innovative solutions to reduce textile waste by improving donation quality and distribution channels.- Established during my studies as part of a design thinking course. We have conducted extensive (2 years) research on clothing reuse practices in Estonia.- Successfully guided Rõivaring to be selected among the top 10 projects in the NULA Incubator for social innovation out of 67 applicants.- Participated in the Green HExagon, an international incubator, gaining valuable insights into scaling environmentally sustainable solutions.- Led a communication campaign in collaboration with charity shop Aarete Laegas to improve the quality of clothing donations, reaching over 700 people with zero-budget marketing efforts.

I had the fantastic opportunity to help build a department from scratch, where I was responsible for establishing B2B partnerships from the ground up. I proactively identified B2B opportunities, primarily collaborating with real estate agencies and developers to generate sales leads for mortgage loans. In addition, I was in tight cooperation with marketing and comms, e.g., organizing campaigns to promote our services further. I also actively participated in internal hackathons and was part of Luminor's sports team. I took the initiative to develop, organize, and host weekly live webinars during the pandemic for our customers, providing them with valuable information on various finance topics.
