Plan and implement proper use of subcontractorso Analytics: Resolving discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. Preparation of reports, business plans, training schedule for engineers etc... Regular analysis on subcontractor performance and creating matrices for selection of best supplier. Performance analysis of engineers based on the feedback received from clients after completion of each Job.
