With over 12 years of investment banking experience, I am a seasoned director at Crédit Agricole CIB, one of the largest global investment banks. I lead the origination and execution of debt and equity financing transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions in the technology, media, and telecom (TMT) sectors.I have successfully advised on over $30 billion worth of M&A transactions, ranging from leveraged buyouts to cross-border mergers and divestitures. Some of my notable transactions include the sale of Lender Processing Services to Fidelity National Financial for $3.9 billion, the acquisition of SNL Financial by New Mountain Capital, and the sale of Space Systems Loral to MDA for $1.1 billion. I graduated with an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a B.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering from Howard University (summa cum laude).
