Leads, manages, and directs MEL components of the USAID Fiscal Reform Activity (FRA). Data Visualization Specialist for the Europe and Eurasia Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Decision-Making Support (EE/MELDS) contract with USAID. Worked with the USAID Moldova Futures Technology Activity (FTA) Team Lead to create data visualizations that tell the story of the USAID Moldova FTA evaluation, including survey results, focus group discussions, individual and small group interviews, conclusions, and recommendations. Monitored, collected, analyzed, and managed political violence and protest data across the Balkans (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, and Serbia). Monitored news, international organizations, NGOs, and security reports on a list of assigned countries and recorded the incidents of political violence by applying qualitative and quantitative techniques and conducting data quality assessments every week. Reviewed data for Eastern Europe while ensuring that the ACLED methodology is followed. Assisted the Western Europe team in coding political violence events in German-speaking and francophone countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg).

North-West Balkans

Developed effective and efficient program and project-specific Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning systems (MEAL plans/tools, etc.); managed and implemented their MEAL Plans; compiled and analyzed program and project data, learning, and subsequent reporting. Provided technical assistance in designing and implementing studies, research, and evaluations; provided technical MEAL assistance in designing and implementing projects; ensured programs' research and evaluation quality assurance and standards; led all PRIME (Project Reporting Information Management and Evidence) related tasks for North-West Balkans Country Office. Held PRIME and MEAL-related trainings to Save the Children offices in OPT (Occupied Palestinian Territory, Poland (Ukraine response), and the Regional (MENA) Save the Children Office in Jordan.

Played a key role in assuring program quality management within Save the Children. Oversaw the entire MEAL system, managed MEAL staff, fed into country office strategy and planning, managed the central MEAL budget, participated in proposal development, and led on reporting to Save the Children.Led in designing and implementing the country's MEAL framework, a system for monitoring organizational progress against the Quality Framework. Worked with the support of the MEAL and wider program staff, ensuring that the framework was institutionalized within the existing thematic program cycle; selected as PRIME (new information management and reporting system) champion within Save the Children International.
