I took position in Outsourcing and Product Management department as Manager, responsible for the creation and coordination of outsourced products 60% share of the total branded sales turnover. I have had significant opportunities in evaluating market, product and competitor information that I have. I carry out basic supply chain and product management functions such as product - supplier phase in, phase out actions, performance monitoring, and arrangement and development of workflows among relevant departments within the organization, with an average of 40 suppliers from Turkey, Europe and Asia. Strategic planning of the outsourcing structure, risk - contract management, supplier inspection, performance management, supplier relations management, market - competitor - opportunity analysis are among my important responsibilities. In addition, new product types opportunities are observed and the product range is already set. Within 5 years, 10% of total sales have been achieved from the new product groups.

I took the responsibility of new division as founder and manager named Export Development under export department within the context of the success achieved in accessing and penetration on new markets. I made sub-targeting of the regions in line with the targets of new market and new customer turnover, I monitored their performances. Entering strategic markets under this division has been carried out with wider team, with more systematic and concentrated work. At the end of the first year, the new customer turnover reached and succeeded up to the level 20% of total department turnover.
