Provide world class HP-UX and Linux support for internal and external HP customers. System Recovery of down enterprise HP-UX and Linux servers. System Administration Support for LVM, Service Guard, operating system upgrades, patch installs and networking assistance.

Provided third-level operating system support for over 300 Windows NT servers.Set up and maintained Lotus Notes databases for several HP departments (1997-2000). Assisted international offices with various Windows NT issues.Created detailed documentation and reports used to analyze system histories and uptime, serving NT, MPE and HP-UX teams.Interfaced with remote managers and acted as the Team Lead in Atlanta.

Responsible for all areas of NT and MPE/iX operating system support.Managed a team of five third-shift employees, supervised work and helped create developmental plans. Recognized for problem-free operations, and by employees for an effective management style.
