Working as a Functional Analyst providing support to 5 vendor hosted applications. On my daily basis, I perform tasks such as:- Ticket management through Service now platform, creating requests, incidents and providing the corresponding follow up.- Upgrading databases and web servers- Performing databases backups- Creation of issues in DevOps- Documentation of internal processes and new relevant information that will allow the team to be always up to date- Investigation of application issues followed by solving and post testing and monitoring of the same- Direct communication with clients and vendors- Work together with DBA and Cloud Delivery teams to perform specific tasks
