Energy comes from learning new things, connecting with people, travelling to new places and learning more about the world around us. Social intelligence came up as my top strength, closing followed by the love of learning and curiosity. The potential to learn something new lies in every conversation with people you meet. Having been diagnosed with ADHD two years ago, I started to discover how my relationships with people have evolved through the need for approval and how sensitive I have been to rejection. Through compassionate understanding I have come to the realisation that I am good enough just the way I am and therefore, I am aim to instill this in others. Core focus of interests are on understanding ADHD, digital marketing, online events, mindfulness and yoga. After studying yoga and Buddhism it has provided a good framework to follow in my life being compassionate, kind and loving holding integrity and humility at high esteem. From previous professional life, many skills and knowledge has been obtained in the areas of leadership, team working, marketing expertise, networking, communication and event planning. Hobbies include the love for photography, aviation, gardening, meditation and generally being active physically outdoors.
