PROGRAM MANAGEMENT1. Provide site support and educational guidance to 20 reading centers, involving 1,000 students and 1,500 volunteer tutors.2. In 2010, I managed 4 reading centers (serving 150 students), and in my 6 year tenure grew service delivery to 20 reading centers (serving 1,000 students annually). 3. Built and maintained partnerships with principles, funders, families, and students.FUND DEVELOPMENT1. Assist with the completion of grant reports, including the management of data collection.2. Partner with the development department to ensure we are on track to meeting program outcomes.3. Partner with the development department for donor/funder tours to tell our story, which has resulted in millions of dollars for our programs.
