  - Researching and identifying potential venues, vendors, and sponsors for events- Assisting in creating and managing budgets for events- Developing event timelines and schedules- Assisting in creating event proposals and presentations- Assisting in coordinating and managing event logistics, such as transportation, catering, and accommodations- Coordinating with vendors and sponsors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services- Assisting in creating floor plans and layouts for events- Assisting in managing event staff and volunteers, including assigning duties and responsibilities- Assisting in developing event marketing and promotional materials, such as flyers, brochures, and social media posts- Assisting in managing event registration and ticket sales- Assisting in creating and managing event promotion campaigns- Assisting in setting up and tearing down event equipment and decorations- Assisting in managing on-site registration and ticketing- Coordinating with vendors and sponsors to ensure proper set-up and delivery of goods and services- Assisting in managing event staff and volunteers during the event- Work closely with other members of the events team to ensure that all aspects of the event are planned and executed flawlessly
