As an Account Service Consultant for a leading healthcare company, I specialize in managing healthcare insurance for small businesses. In my role, I help local businesses in administrating their group healthcare polices, ensuring they receive the support they need. With a strong background in both corporate and non-profit sectors, my career thus far has shown my commitment to making an impact in my local community. Previously, I served as the Assistant Recreation Respite Coordinator for a non-profit organization. I worked directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing them with meaningful opportunities to engage with their communities. This role allowed me to combine my passion for helping others with my ability to manage and coordinate complex activities. In my current role, I also take pride in mentoring new team members, helping them navigate their responsibilities and providing them with a resource for questions and assistance. This mentorship has not only fostered a collaborative and supportive work environment, but has also enabled me to refine my leadership and training skills.
