Extracts data from the contract laboratory for compilation and import into the project’s database (Access). Export the data for inclusion in the weekly regulatory reporting. Develop graphs and determine daily/weekly averages, identify inconsistencies and trends to help inform operations. Summarizes the daily site activities and submit into the project reporting documents for regulatory submission. Participate in the development of the annual reporting.

Performed US EPA Level II Data Validation, Verification, and ReviewProvided written reports to the EPA, CDPHE, and CDWRQA Analyst which led to the adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as well as conducted periodic audits

Responsible for adhering to the official approved QAPP (Quality Assurance Project Plan) for the Former Cañon City Mill Remediation and Lincoln Park Superfund Site Project in Cañon City, Colorado. Collects and performs Level II data validation of results generated by the contract laboratories based on the National Functional Guidelines and Environmental Protection Agency methods. Receives data packets with confirmation and reviews for agreement with the receipt checklist. Confirms testing control limits are properly defined case narratives and that they contain all relevant information from the report and that the data matches. Ensures sample suites and analytes are correct for the locations that were sampled – project includes seven unique sample suites and approximately 30 separate analytes. Validates that the data in the report matches the Electronic Data Deliverable (EDD). Coordinate with the field staff and with the contract laboratory to identify and resolve any inconsistencies. Imports data into the project’s database (Monitor Pro Web). Initiate corrective actions for any identified issues or errors, confirm appropriateness and completion of actions.
