I have successfully shown my abilities as a team leader by working as a Certified Nursing Assistant and have had 4 years of experience in Behavioral Health. I am trained and up to date on my Recipient Rights certification, Non-Violent Crisis Prevention Intervention(CPI), and CPR. I also am trained and experienced as a unit clerk and Code Silver Active Shooter training. I am in the process of getting my certified Psychiatric Technician license through American Association of Psychiatric Technicians.I am extremely organized and have the ability to multi-task and carry out tasks under extreme pressure & dangerous situations. I am a open minded critical thinker and have the ability to be flexible.I’ve identified and communicated in an extremely effective and efficient manner, patient’s needs, organizational policy and expectations as defined by the manager, to a medical team consisting of doctors, mid-level, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
