CurrentCeleste successfully established the Procurement function in her Firm and developed processes and procedures integral to the cost control efforts of the Firm. As a member of the admin leadership team, Celeste is a trusted go to person for Procurement consulting supporting all GT offices throughout the US. Her responsibilities include negotiating national/regional contracts to leverage spend; cost reduction strategies; ongoing benchmarking of costs; overseeing and managing Requests for Proposals; conducting vendor business review meetings; and managing national supplier relationships to ensure that GT receives the best overall value from their supplier base. Celeste excels in recommending process improvements and efficiencies. In addition, Celeste provides strategic oversight to the Office Services function focusing on exceptional client support services. Celeste manages the day to day operations ( facility management, budget; HR; security; employee engagement) of the Atlanta Shared Services office with staff of 60+ professionals. From 2016 -2021 she provided leadership over the Records Information team spearheading a project to replace outdated RMS systems; improve processes; limit risk while ensuring a compliant Records Information Management program.
