Collaborate with Gotham Technical Resources to document a wide variety of technology projects including desktop transformation, data center, storage, and information security. Technical project documents include: Information Security and Infrastructure Assessments Reference Architecture Configuration Documents SOPs, Run Books, and Installation Guides Pilot and Migration Plans

 Supported ADVIA Chemistry systems and ADVIA Centaur systems instructions-for-use (IFU) documentation Worked with project leaders to develop new IFUs Revised existing documentation Developed, performed quality check, and released ADVIA Centaur CLSI documents according to established procedures Worked with the translation agency to obtain translations of the instructions-for-use documentation in 19 different languages, including necessary strings for various assays
