Celeste is an experienced fertility dietitian specialising in holistic nutrition interventions for optimising reproductive health. Dedicated to championing and empowering women through evidence-based practice, and fostering well-being through advocacy, education and multi-disciplinary collaboration. Celeste is both a clinical dietitian and operates her own private practice, where she uses a food-first approach to managing Women's Health concerns, such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), Endometriosis, and lost menstrual periods. With a Bachelor of Food & Nutrition Science and a Master of Dietetics from Deakin University, Celeste is highly qualified and uses the best in up-to-date nutrition science to develop evidence-based strategies that get real results.Celeste's work is instrumental in reducing the need for assisted fertility treatments, and she believes that good nutrition is the most underused resource in the fertility space. As such, she created Fertility Theory, a virtual and in-person practice that specialises in breaking down the science of Fertility Nutrition to empower clients on their fertility journey. Celeste is dedicated to helping individuals and couples feel their best, prepare their bodies for fertility success, and support healthy hormones with great food.Celeste is not only passionate about improving her clients' health, but also advocates for improved healthcare access for minority groups and the LGBTQIA+ community.
