Established a start-up non-profit with the mission of facilitating cross-disciplinary collaboration among artists making original, ensemble-created performance work: *Wrote grant proposals for planning and seed funding. *Led initial planning, “market” assessment, development of concept, recruitment of Artistic Advisors and board members. *Established financial and management systems. *Facilitated connections among artists and with other arts organizations and professionals. *Established and carried out all program operations. *Wrote all content for website and promotional materials. *Oversaw planning and execution of official launch event.

Collaborations with dance, theater, and music artists in Philadelphia: *Acted as Executive Producer to Pig Iron Theatre Company's contribution to Suzan-Lori Parks's 365 Days, 365 Plays (performed in Philadelphia and at the Public Theater in NYC); *Co-produced (with the composer) the CD release of James Sugg's The Sea, a "song cycle for five rock musicians"; *Contributed dramaturgical advice and program notes for Carbon Dance Theater's Science (Per)Forms; *Contributed dramaturgical advice for nationally renowned choreographer Matthew Neenan on an original work commissioned by Ballet Memphis ("Party of the Year"); *Acted as dramaturg for Gas & Electric Arts production O Yes I Will (I will remember the spirit and texture of this conversation).

Provided freelance grantwriting and development consultation for individuals and nonprofit arts organizations such as International House Philadelphia and Dancing Classrooms: consulted on marketing and development approaches; researched and contacted new foundation and corporate prospects; tracked and fulfilled deadlines and reporting requirements.

For one of the oldest and largest community arts schools in the nation, responsible for relations with corporate and foundation donors (raising more than $2 million in two years): *Conceived, wrote, and produced proposals and presentations for all prospective corporate and foundation donors, for operational, capital, and project needs. *Maintained contacts with program and foundation officers. *With Executive Director and other senior positions, developed new programs and strategic initiatives. *Wrote and designed promotional pieces.
