Celeste has 19 years of experience to which 16 years of it is in the Facade Engineering Industry covering the Middle East Region.She began her career as a Structural Engineer in Guam, USA based projects focusing on structural design of Military bases and civil structures for three years from 2005 till 2008. In 2008 right after she graduated from her Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering, she transitioned into the façade industry and joined Meinhardt Facade Technology in the United Arab Emirates. During her professional career in the Middle East, she has been able to design building skins of different types and positions which includes complex geometry facades. She consequently has worked very closely with all construction & engineering disciplines and has developed significant understanding of the construction process and trades in the curtain wall industry.She is a Green Building Advocate and a practicing LEED AP BD+C professional since 2011 contributing her knowledge and expertise in sustainable building facades. She supports and contributes to a drive for best practice design and engineering culture, including the drive for net-zero carbon construction.
