CurrentAs the (CPPM) I act as the primary liaison between shareholders and design team from project planning to delivery. I provide a high level of administrative support by conducting research, handling requests, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings to support the creative team. I am responsible for maintaining key performance indicators of timeliness, scope, budget, quality, and effectivenessfor all incoming creative tasks/projects. • Manage daily operations by overseeing in-house, freelance staff, and vendors. This includes reviewing daily project tasks, client feedback, deadlines, production calendars, and client meetings.• Negotiate project budgets with clients and collaborate with Creative Directors to ensure client expectations align with the proposed budget. Additionally, I handle negotiations for freelance and vendor rates.• Lead client communications by organizing and taking detailed notes on all client calls and meetings, addressing both creative and logistical aspects of projects.• Create and monitor production schedules, working closely with Creative Directors to ensure deadlines both internal and external—are realistic and consistently met.• Prioritize deliverables to ensure that all work meets the agency’s standards and fulfills client objectives.• Contribute to company growth by collaborating with colleagues to help define and promote company culture.• Manage invoicing and billing, working with the Executive Producer to update client billing and process invoices from freelancers and vendors.• Ensure adherence to company policies, communicating these policies clearly across all levels, and introducing efficient platforms to optimize production processes.• Execute client contracts as well as internal contracts for new employees, freelance artists, and vendors.• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, contributing significantly to sustained business success and fostering trust with clients over the long term.
