Since about birth, I have always been drawn to chaos. I love making sense of the mess. Putting things where they belong to create order and efficiency gives me life! For most of my work experience, I have been in administrative roles, from executive assistant to director of operations. My earlier days in service industry management gave me space to create policies and procedures for a streamlined workflow. I come from the cloth that the most important skill is communication. Everything else can be learned, but communication is a gift and a close second is follow-up. As long as there is process, communication, and follow-up production will continue to rise.
