  Description: Oversee wastewater treatment plant operations and plant operators, collaborating with multiple regulatory agencies and inspectors to obtain/renew permits. Coordinate and oversee contractors for complex environmental projects including decontamination activities. Scope and plan projects in order to implement programs to reduce water usage, greenhouse gases, and waste. Direct environmental technicians and establish learning goals and provide training on environmental permit compliance.
