These shows draw an average audience of 3,000-10,000 attendees per venue. Contributed to developing and executing marketing programs through articles, advertisements and show programs; boosting annual sales. Created booth design, graphic fabrication, and made promotional show giveaway purchases. Monitored mailing lists and processed leads from shows through database e-mail campaigns and mass mailings. Represented and orchestrated sales meetings, special events (e.g. golf tournaments) and parties (e.g. Cocktail, BBQ’s); venue and theme scouting, site negotiations, selection of menus, giveaways, invitation development and distribution. Synchronized the distribution of electronic monthly sales flyer, technical application notes, and representative communications. Maintained and revised library of marketing materials, including brochures and price lists. Gathered and restructured information on the Benthos and TapTone websites.
